Here we are nearing the end to another month (not to mention the year!) so it must be time to check in on how I'm doing on item #1 on my 33 Things list. I may have mentioned once or twice before that I hate to cook. This is to motivate to try new things in the kitchen. Last month, I discovered the goodness that is Whole Foods pizza dough. So feeling slightly on the lazy side this month, I decided to try a new pizza recipe (or two).
First up, BBQ Chicken Pizza...
I don't have a real recipe for this - but basically take some BBQ sauce, chicken, mozzarella, Gouda, and red onions and bake for awhile. Top with cilantro and enjoy! Yum!
Not too bad. So let's try Thai Chicken Pizza! Start with some peanut sauce, chicken, mozzarella, Gouda (starting to sound familiar?), green onions (and a few red ones for the heck of it), and bean sprouts and bake for awhile. Top with cilantro (and peanuts if you have them which I realized too late I did not) and enjoy!
Check cooking off the list for December! Only 4 more recipes to try...

Did you use a pizza shaped cooking sheet for that? I've never made pizza from scratch so I'm not sure what I'd put it on!
Nope, I used a square baking sheet that I had. Domestic diva, I am not! :) And I used a glass to roll out the dough. Guess maybe I should invest in a rolling pin at some point.
