How exciting is this? A really and truly training post! With official "permission"to do a triathlon, I am starting my training. Plus I am starting to train to walk a half marathon in either September or October. And with that - full steam ahead!!
Tuesday - Pool time! I am up to 36 lengths in the pool.
Thursday - My early morning 2 mile walk through the woods with all the critters.
Friday - Pool time! I kept it at 36 lengths.
Saturday - 10K trail walk, where I thought I was last, but really I wasn't. Hooray! And I got super muddy. But I finished!
Sunday - My first bike ride of the season. It was a beautiful sunny day and I caught glimpses of the mountain here and there. I kept to my normal, very flat route along the river. I felt pretty good. And so did my knee!! It was a nice 10 mile ride.

Holy cow girl! You are like an Olympic swimmer. I wonder if I could do even ONE lap??
p.s. My next post has a question just for YOU! I haven't finished it yet, but it will be the one about the baseball game. I had something I was trying to figure out about my experience in Seattle!
