Seeing

• My brightly painted pink nails

Hearing

• The water is warm - this from another swimmer who had just finished swimming in Lake Washington

Tasting

• Drumstick ice cream!!  It was ice cream day at work.

Feeling

• Poked and prodded as not only did the doctor take blood, but also a tetanus shot.  I hate needles!!

Smelling

• I'm drawing a blank on this one...

I'm off to Portland for my race tomorrow morning!!
