Five Senses Friday

No training section this week, as I fell off the training wagon so to speak...

Seeing
  • Pink hues in a lovely evening sky (and at 9:30!  I love Seattle in the summer)
Hearing
  • Drip, drip, drop - where has summer gone?
Tasting
  • Food!!  Real Food!!  Strawberries, pineapples, grapes, quinoa, avocado, and yesterday - chicken!
Feeling
  • Tired
Smelling
  • Tropical lotion

How is the "real food" eating going after the cleanse? Do you feel like the cleanse was helpful overall?

Well, as long as I kept to the plain food - quinoa & fruits & veggies it was fine. I added in a little more exotic food and my tummy rebelled. I think it was helpful overall.
